Oberfl\u00e4chenverunreinigungen durch l\u00f6sliche Salze und Strahlmittelr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde sind wichtige Faktoren, die die langfristige Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit von Beschichtungen auf Stahloberfl\u00e4chen beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Vor dem Auftragen von Schutzbeschichtungen m\u00fcssen die Substrate gr\u00fcndlich auf das Vorhandensein von Oberfl\u00e4chenverunreinigungen wie l\u00f6sliche Salze, Staub, \u00d6le und Fette untersucht werden.<\/p>\n

L\u00f6sliche Salze sind mit blo\u00dfem Auge nicht sichtbar und k\u00f6nnen, wenn sie in ausreichender Menge auf dem Substrat verbleiben, Feuchtigkeit durch die Beschichtung ziehen, was zu einem vorzeitigen Versagen der Beschichtung durch osmotische Blasenbildung oder Disbondierung f\u00fchrt. Wenn sie nicht erkannt und beseitigt werden, k\u00f6nnen \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Staubpartikel auch die Haftung der aufgetragenen Beschichtungen verringern, was zum Versagen der Beschichtung f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Qualit\u00e4tssicherungsprogramme profitieren in hohem Ma\u00dfe von der regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Anwendung determinativer Tests wie dem Salzkontaminationstest nach der Bresle-Methode (ISO 8502-6, ISO 8502-9) und dem Dust Tape Test (ISO 8502-3).
