Nach dem Auftragen einer Schutzschicht muss sichergestellt werden, dass keine Defekte oder Unterbrechungen vorhanden sind, die das darunter liegende Substrat freilegen. Kleine Bereiche mit d\u00fcnner oder fehlender Beschichtung, so genannte “Pinholes” oder “Fehlstellen”, k\u00f6nnen zu Korrosionsherden werden und die Lebensdauer eines Schutzbeschichtungssystems drastisch verk\u00fcrzen. Ein Pinhole- oder Fehlstellen -Detektor ist ein zerst\u00f6rungsfreies Instrument zum Aufsp\u00fcren von Diskontinuit\u00e4ten in einem Beschichtungssystem, einschlie\u00dflich Fehlstellen, Pinholes und Rissen. Andere Bezeichnungen sind Porosit\u00e4tsdetektor, Durchgangspr\u00fcfer, Fehlstellen Tester, Funkenpr\u00fcfer und Jeep-Meter.<\/p>\n

DeFelsko bietet zwei Arten von Porosit\u00e4ts-\/Lochpr\u00fcfger\u00e4ten an: Niederspannung (Nassschwammpr\u00fcfger\u00e4t) und Hochspannung (Funkenpr\u00fcfger\u00e4t).<\/p>\n

Niederspannungs-Pinhole-Detektor<\/h4>\n

Der PosiTest LPD Niederspannungs-Pinhole-Detektor verwendet einen nassen Schwamm zur Erkennung von Fehlstellen, Pinholes und anderen Unterbrechungen auf Metall- und Betonsubstraten mit vier regulierten Spannungsausgangsoptionen f\u00fcr Beschichtungen bis zu 500 \u00b5m (20 mils).<\/p>\n
