The Tramex Building Survey Inspection Tech Kit is a compact kit consisting of the Moisture Encounter MEX5 and a pin electrode. It enables both non-destructive and pin-based measurements of the moisture content of drywall, wood, plaster, brick, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, laminates and roofing, as well as numerous other building materials.
The Moisture Encounter MEX5 moisture meter measures the moisture content of wood and drywall and provides comparative measurements for a variety of building materials. It also has a built-in hygrometer for ambient and psychrometric readings, an infrared surface thermometer and a hand probe for wood, drywall and WME measurements.
The Bluetooth connection to the Tramex measuring device app enables the visualisation of measured values, the creation of moisture maps and data reports for mobile devices, the creation, storage and sharing of photos, reports and diagrams as well as the display of the measuring device screen on the mobile phone when the device is used in hard-to-reach places.
The Tramex Building Survey Inspection Tech Kit is supplied with a protective, handy carrying case.
