The Tramex Flooring Master Kit X is the top of the range kit with the best digital meters for instant, non-destructive quantitative testing of concrete and wood floor moisture content and for measuring and monitoring the relative humidity and dew point of concrete and ambient conditions before and after flooring application.
The Tramex CMEX5 is a digital concrete moisture analyser for non-destructive quantitative testing of the moisture content of concrete using gravimetric tests as a baseline, comparative tests to ASTM F2659 and ambient conditions.
The CMEX5 is equipped with bayonet connectors for measuring the moisture content in wood or WME in other floor coverings.
The CMEX5 is also equipped with reusable Tramex Hygro-i2 RH probes for in-situ testing of concrete to ASTM F2170. Tramex Hygro-i2 RH probes can be used with the Tramex Feedback Datalogger to obtain live readings and time logs of relative humidity, temperature and dew point on site and in the environment.
The Tramex MEX5 enables wood moisture testing, has a shallow measuring depth of up to 9 mm (⅜') and, if required, allows the influence of the substrate on the measured values to be eliminated, the specific weight of the strain gauge to be set, the type of wood to be selected and a built-in infrared surface thermometer and pin temperature correction for precise determination of wood moisture.
The Tramex Flooring Master Kit X is supplied with an extension handle in a robust Tramex travel case. The Bluetooth connection to the Tramex measuring device app enables the visualisation of measured values and data reports on mobile devices, GeoTag test results, the creation, saving and sharing of photos, reports and diagrams as well as the display of the measuring device screen on the mobile phone when extending in hard-to-reach places.
