Test blocks for durometer A

This set is invaluable for maintaining durometer measurement accuracy in science, manufacturing, research and development.

The test kit consists of 7 test blocks. The individual test blocks are labelled with serial numbers to ensure indisputable identification. The hardness of type A ranges from 30 durometres to 90 durometres. As a reference test, it indicates whether a durometer is working within the tolerances.

A durometer should never be calibrated with test blocks. For durometer calibration, we recommend our durometer calibrator model RC-1. The material from which the test blocks are made is relatively stable. However, it is strongly recommended to check the calibration of the test blocks annually.

Test blocks for durometers D

3 test pieces with hardnesses of approx. 60, 75 and 85 type D are available for testing durometer type D.

Annual calibration of the test block is strongly recommended.
