Dewmag magnetic thermo-hygrometer for determining the dew point with direct display of air temperature, relative humidity and surface temperature

The thermo-hygrometer contains a Precision moisture analyser and 2 bimetallic dial thermometers. Here the Temperaturewhich Relative humiditythe dew point and the Surface temperature can be read directly.

The Scales for relative humidity and temperature are arranged so that their pointers are aligned with a series of Dew point curves cross in the centre of the dial. The dew point can directly at the intersection of the two pointers can be read off.

On the back of the housing are 3 extra strong magnets for use on steel elements. An additional top mounting on the housing Suspension eye gives the instrument an additional mounting option.

In the areas of application listed above, it is possible to determine the dew point on the surface of the steel girder. This measurement is intended to provide certainty that there is no dew point precipitation.

Applications

This version was developed for the needs of metal coating and is mainly used for the preservation of ships, docks, bridges, steel structures, mining and pipeline construction.
