Profiling an industrial powder coating oven starts here with the CurveX 4 Oven Logger Kit. It contains all the necessary parts, simply add the desired magnetic or clamp probes to complete the oven logger kit.
The main component of the kit is the CurveX 4 oven data logger, which provides easy-to-use, high-quality temperature data logging for coating curing ovens. Measurements, analysis levels and reporting options are fully customisable to provide you with tailored information on the quality of your curing processes.
The oven temperature data logger is placed in an insulated box and can measure the temperature at several points on the surface of the product simultaneously as it moves through the oven with the workpiece. Up to 8 probes can be connected to the data logger to measure the air or surface temperature of the product. The probe portfolio includes magnetic, clamp, ring and wire probes.

A thermal barrier for your CurveX. The TQC Sheen CurveX Stainless Insulation Box is a thermal barrier developed for CurveX 3 Basic and CurveX 4 Basic. The inner box made of high-quality stainless steel is shielded with a carefully selected insulating material, allowing the insulation box to withstand high temperatures over a long period of time.
A ferroplate is attached to the lid to hold the magnetic probes when not in use. A cable hook on the box allows excess cable length to be stored near the box to prevent loose cables from getting caught in the oven.
The CX2005 insulation box is ideal for all ovens up to 300 °C and a maximum curing time of 2 hours. It is made of stainless steel with a silicone seal and is compact and robust.
