This is a protected Composition of pigment and dark colourantwhich are organic liquid carrier are dispersed. When applying and then removing from a colour film, the intensity of the resulting stain indicates the degree of porosity of the film. ST-31 is more effective than other media recommended for this purpose.
Both media have a Perfect product stability and are manufactured and controlled to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. Their usefulness extends not only to ASTM testing, but to any soil and stain removal test procedure. Supplied in 4 fl.oz. (118 ml) tins or jars.
